The location offered was marvellous and perfect near to the wonderful lakes of Cauma and Cresta and the forrest. Efficient staff was available all the time. I had extensive breakfasts with yoghurts;))

Attractive wellness area, the cable car to the ski area was not in operation due to a storm! Very rich breakfast buffet. Restaurant Barga on site was very good, although it was rather expensive.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment I stepped into the elegant and well-run establishment, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. The super Wellness center and beautiful garden were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The chalet-style renovation was jaw-dropping, with stylish furniture in the lounge and bar area, where a talented pianist provided incredible entertainment. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with traditional Swiss cuisine prepared to absolute perfection. The staff, dressed in beautiful uniforms, were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly. The quiet garden and comfortable rooms ensured a peaceful and restful stay. The well-equipped and clean spa area was a fantastic bonus, and the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfast and spa facilities! In summary, this hotel is like a dream come true - I highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, clean and well kept room. Good Spa center with qualified personal. Hotel located in walking distance (10 min) from cabelway station and center of the village, as well as from very nice lake.

During our stay it was some reparation works in another rooms, which probably was a reason of a unpleasant smell in gates.
